Courtesy Van will be at the Mandelstam parking lot from 5-6pm for luggage drop-off.
This way you can pack everything you want and your bags will arrive ahead of you at each stop along the way.

At 8am on Saturday, March 21, 2026, we will rendezvous at the Head Marker on the South Channel of Dinner Key Marina (approx. 25 71 32.21 N, -80 22 73.93 W) and cruise more or less together at about 25-30 knots on the inside ~ this is a very easy 3 hour cruise with a possible snorkel stop.
Taye’s boat is called “The Office II” (a light blue 35’ Everglades 350lx) and will be monitoring Channel 68.
For questions on RESERVATIONS or ITINERARY, please contact Gary:
The first stop on our journey is the Hawks Cay Resort on Duck Key with a likely stop to go snorkeling along the way.
We should arrive with plenty of time for everyone to relax, shower, and meet for dinner.
Dolphin Encounter – If you decide to do this please book your reservation late in the day on the 21st for after we arrive (before you take a shower) or anytime on the 22nd.
ALSO – The Office will be heading offshore on the 22nd before the sun comes up to be at the world famous “Marathon Hump” for some of the best Tuna fishing around. We can probably accommodate a few guests so be sure to let us know if you want to join us!
The next stop on our journey is Casa Marina Resort & Spa in the legendary destination of Key West.
While in Key West we will have organized visits to the Pirate’s Museum, a tour of Hemmingway’s Key West home, “The Little White House” and plenty of opportunities for fishing, snorkeling and lots of cruising & exploring the waters around Key West. Plus the resort has the largest beach in Key West!
Breakfasts & lunches will be on your own with organized dinners for everyone together each night.
We will depart Key West on Thursday, March 26, 2026 with a couple of interesting stops along the way to break things up & add some unique perspective to the trip.
This will take us to the last stop of our journey at the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo.
Things to do include golf, tennis, pickleball, snorkeling, lounging around poolside, and we’ll be enjoying some great food too.
PLEASE NOTE: ORC is a private club and requires proper attire (men, please bring a shirt with a collar).
Because this is a private club, we’ve gone ahead and booked a block of rooms and dockage for everyone who has already RSVP’ed.
If you haven’t and you want to, please text RJon directly, 305-753-7605.
Play or relax on your own once you arrive but please plan to join us for dinner.
On the morning of Saturday, March 28, 2026 we’ll load our luggage back on the Courtesy Van for the last time, have a final (early) breakfast together, top-off our tanks and begin making our way back to Miami. This will be a very easy day.
